How to Redeem

Outlines the process for redeeming BOND+ tokens.

Connect Your Wallet

• Visit the BOND+ page: https://asseto.finance/distribution/BondPlus_AVAX https://asseto.finance/distribution/BondPlus_HSK

• Connect your wallet.

Complete KYC Verification / Access

• In the “Redeem” section, enter the amount of BOND+ you wish to redeem to eligible assets (USDC & USDT).

• If your address is not yet allow-listed, click “Contact us to get access” and fill out the pop-up form. Please ensure your email address is accurate.

• Our team will contact you via email. Both individual and institutional investors may be asked to submit certain identification documents. Once the documents are submitted, we will review them within one business day and notify you of the KYC result via email.

Make the Redemption

• After passing KYC, you can proceed with the redemption on the page. Once your request is successfully submitted, a toast will appear on the screen. We will receive your redemption request and our backend administrator will review it.

• Upon approval, the transaction status will update from “Requesting” to “Claim,” and the claimable amount will be displayed. You will also receive a notification when your proceeds are ready to be claimed. Click “Claim” to receive USDC/USDT.

• Settlement time (T+4 / T+5): For redemption requests submitted before 3:00 p.m. (UTC+8), proceeds will be distributed on T+4; requests submitted after 3:00 p.m. (UTC+8) will be distributed on the next business day (T+5).
